The Spin-Loc is a naturally vented, screw-on, locking cap for the DEF filler neck on the 2012-2020 Ford diesel trucks (F-250, F-350, F-450, F-550) with 6.7 L POWERSTROKE engine.
These are designed for the 2017 model year. These are compatible with 2012-2014 filler necks, and 2017-2019 filler necks. SOME 2015, 2016 and 2020 filler necks are compatible. Check carefully.
This combo offers protection from fuel thieves and from malicious people who would contaminate your fluids. The Loc-Sure utilizes the parent company's Secure Screw system which has been tested and approved by military and other secure facilities as a low-level human secure system.
The Loc-Sure features a 2.5" diameter top face with scallops and knurling for good gripping. The U-Cup seal contacts both the inside and the outside diameter of the fuel filler rim to ensure a proper seal.
The Spin-Loc features a 1.25" diameter top face with scallops for grip. The oil seal type threads ensure the proper engagement.
Each Combo purchase comes with the Loc-Sure cap, Spin-Loc cap and a pair of Secure Keys with complimentary stainless steel key ring. Additional keys can be purchased using the information from our Keys page.
BEM Auto's Loc-Sure body is fully machined from aluminum bars at the BEM Auto factory and is finished in a generic green anodized surface, etched to identify the assembled unit as a diesel only cap. The Spin-Loc is fully machined from robust black acetal and etched for easy identification (all internal components between the acetal are stainless steel). The Secure Screw is manufactured from 18-8 stainless steel to provide good corrosion resistance.

I bought these caps for my 2018 Ford F250 SuperDuty XLT. They super easy to install and they provide some peace of mind that nobody will be able to access my Fuel and DEF tanks. Both the caps are very well made and easy to get on off when filling up. Great product!
