The DEF-Loc is the locking/tamper-resistant DEF cap for Dodge Ram diesels. Locking up your DEF prevents unwanted matter from being put into your DEF tank.  The DEF-Loc also features an EPDM U-Cup seal which does not experience the expansion which DEF (urea) has on Buna-N material.  The DEF-Loc also has a natural.
 
The DEF-Loc, like the EZ-Loc, works on the parent company's Secure Screw system which has been tested and approved by military and other secure facilities as a low-level human secure system. Bottom line: The DEF-Loc is locked until you open it with the key.
 
Each DEF-Loc purchase comes with the DEF-Loc cap and a pair of Secure Keys with complimentary stainless steel key ring. Additional keys can be purchased using the information from our Secure Keys page. 

This locking DEF cap is not designed to work with the OEM tether, so we are offering a BEM Auto tether as well.  Operation of the DEF-Loc is explained in literature enclosed with the purchase.
 
BEM Auto's DEF-Loc main component is fully machined from aluminum bars at the BEM Auto factory. All aluminum parts are finished in a highly reflective, deep saphire blue anodized surface etched to identify the assembled unit in case over-the-phone assistance is required.
